I am committed to keeping your data safe and secure. I never share client information with third parties.

​I collect client information in order:

  • to communicate with clients about appointments (email or phone)

  • for marketing purposes for my business (Gmail)

  • recording client sessions (written and filed)

​I keep all confidential client records in a locked filing cabinet. My insurance company requires me to store client records for 5 years. This means I can't erase written client records for at least 5 years. Clients may request to have access to their records at any time.

​Clients, or those who have joined and will join my mailing lists, may at any time request that details I hold on my Gmail mailing list be permanently deleted. You can unsubscribe from this list whenever you wish by asking me to take you off.

I am registered with and comply with the ICO Data Protection and comply with GDPR guidelines, which came into effect on 25 May 2018.
